Exchange Service
Exchange condition
Customers can exchange products when discontent about
them as long as meet below condition.
1. The products should be never be used, they have
quality problem and not made by human being.
2. Customers shall claim in 3days after receiving the
products.
3. Return with whole packing and accessories.

strictly and attain relevant quality standard. The
products customer bought are the same quality with that
in our website which customer intent to buy. Please

is quality problem in product that customer bought from
VOGUEM.
Follow condition belong to products quality problem.
a. Existent of fallacious and potential danger which
harm to person or property.
b. Without use performance which should be have, except
that there is explanation about blemish.
c. Unconformity with description or picture, products
standard indicated on outer packing, production
instruction.
Exchange checking
(1) You may check products when received and ask express
to refund to sender’s address.
(2) Please contact us when you are dissatisfied about
products or there is quality problem in valid time and

Replace or Refund
When we received and test products refunded, if packing
are in good condition and relevant accessories such as
instruction and guarantee label completed.
a. The new and good products will be sent again same as
last one if exchange.
